Do you have an item in box 12 of your W-2 with code W? That would indicate HSA contributions were made, and the form must be included. Check your W-2 entry, and also run the HSA interview on the deductions and credits page to make sure you are not accidentally reporting HSA contributions or withdrawals.

Or...if you had an HSA last year, maybe some HSA form transferred over from 2024, and needs to be deleted.
