Recovering It's Deductible data

I've logged in for the first time since the spring only to learn the ItsDeductible product has been discontinued. OK, that's a bummer. However, it appears my data is also gone. I can access prior tax returns but not my It's Deductible data??? Please tell me your customer service is not this bad... From an unhappy customer hoping to be proven wrong.

10/20 was the last day to download. They extended it but only through the following weekend.

This article will help you download any data you had in ItsDeductible (if used previously or during the year before it was shut down in October).

A FMV calculator has been added, but it does not have the same functionality as ItsDeductible.

Once you file your return, as long as the settings to receive communication from Intuit don’t block it, you will see a pop-up message or receive an email with a survey asking you about your experience. We encourage you to leave your notes and comments there. “Voice of the Customer” notes and comments are read and acted upon.
