Since the Income from the Personal Injury is not taxable, under the &lt;B&gt;Tax Benefits Rule &lt;/B&gt;you cannot double dip&amp;nbsp; and claim the medical expenses paid by this claim on your Tax Return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
