      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;No, &lt;/STRONG&gt;the loan must be a lien on the property.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you financed the mobile home, yes. If you took a HELOC on a different house and bought the mobile home, no.&lt;/P&gt;
