I DID NOT claim this deduction, it shows as 0 but insides I need te form 7205

To remove this information in Windows:

Make sure you're in Step-By-Step mode
Select BUSINESS in the top banner
Select Business Income and Expenses
Select I'll choose what I work on
On the Let's gather your business info screen, select Update under Business Income and Expenses
Select Edit next to the relevant business
Select Visit All to the right of Business Expenses
Continue until you get to the Let's write off some business expenses screen
Select Start or Update to the right of Energy Efficient Buildings
Delete any unnecessary information

If this doesn't work, delete Form 7205 in Windows:

Switch to Forms mode
In the left pane, select Form 7205
Once the form generates in the right pane, select Delete Form at the bottom of the window
Answer Yes on the popup

I am having the same issue and the form is not listed to delete under the 'Forms' mode. I cannot file while the software thinks I need to file this attachment. I am not sure what to do from here.

Go to that spot in the Business Expenses interview, Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings, and click Update. Either:

Right-click on the field with the 0 and choose Supporting Details or
Click on Edit at the top and choose Supporting Details.

Clear out anything carried over from last year; delete all the fields, or use the Red X to remove each line item. Sometimes a $0 gets stuck in the supporting details' worksheet when using the Windows version of TurboTax. Usually removing the supporting details allows successful e-filing. @TnB Machining

To be clear, did you try going back to the Business Expenses section?

There, under Other Common Business Expenses, search the list and you will find "Energy Efficient Buildings". Select Update and delete the 0 amount or other amount that appears.

This is done in the "step by step" view of Turbo Tax, is you are using a Desktop version, not in the Forms view.

In testing this, we have found that any amount, even a "0", in the field for "Energy Efficient Buildings" creates an error in Federal Review asking the user to complete Form 7205. Removing the "0" or other number removes the error.

I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:

TurboTax Online:

Sign into your online account.
Locate the Tax Tools on the left-hand side of the screen.
A drop-down will appear. Select Tools
On the pop-up screen, click on “Share my file with agent.”
This will generate a message that a diagnostic file gets sanitized and transmitted to us.
Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.

TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:

Open your return.
Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent” *
This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
Please provide the Token Number (including the dash) that was generated in the response.

*(If using a MAC, go to the menu at the top of the screen, select Help, then, “Send Tax File to Agent”)

I am in Wyoming. We don't have state taxes!

Thank you for that information, @rinojr . You have to delete the Supporting Details pop-up to remove the zero. Return to the entry in step by step mode. When you try to delete the zero, an empty Supporting Details pop up box will appear. Click on the Red X Remove button and the error will be removed. You also have an empty Home Office deduction form that is causing an error. You can remove it if you are not taking that deduction.
