      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would need to contact Domestic Relations for your case as they are the ones who notify the IRS of the need for garnishment. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it may be called something different in your state. &amp;nbsp;Basically, it is the organization that declared that they had to pay child support, most likely the place you applied for it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
