My unborn child tax credit is not showing up in my refund amount

I have selected the unborn child tax deduction under Georgia state income but it doesn't show the credit on the finished page just before filing. I have deleted the state refund, logged out and back in, redid it and it still isn't showing up.

I have also sent a copy of the return.

There is no credit on a Georgia tax return for an unborn child. There is a dependent exemption for the unborn child on a Georgia tax return. Look at the Georgia income tax return Form 500 Line 7b.

Yes, I have this one selected but it isn't showing up before filing.

The dependent exemption is subtracted from your taxable income thereby reducing the amount of income you will be taxed on the Georgia tax return. This is shown on Line 14 of the Form 500.
