If you are using one of the TurboTax desktop editions for Windows and there is a 0 already entered in the property tax box, then click on the box. Then click on Edit at the top of the desktop program screen. Click on Add Supporting Details. With the Supporting Details window opened, click on Remove

You should now be able to enter an amount in the Property Taxes box.
