topic FEEDBACK in Deductions & credits

I've been using TT for a number of years, and while there have been many improvements, there are 2 UX items that continue to disappoint :

1. when entering the income and credit topics, as each is completed the screen returns to the top and the user has to scroll down to click NEXT TOPIC. Why on earth can't the screen be positioned at the last topic completed? If you've done 6 topics why do you want to see topic 1 again, and by topic 9 I'm really irritated with all the unnecessary scrolling. "great news we've covered all 10 ...." - but I still have to scroll to the bottom to click DONE. sheesh.

2. STILL not dealing with TOUCH SCREENS? Using a touch screen laptop for 6+ years, I expect TT to allow me to scroll half a screen with my finger, not have to keep returning to the touchpad. Come on, guys - this works online - why not on a laptop? I have a few other niggles, especially about ambiguous wording, but these 2 issues recur every year. LMK
