I accidentally added our FSA as an HSA -how do I correct this? Just figured out I needed to delete form 8889 so issue is resolved.

Not sure if you are saying that you have already resolved the issue or if you need steps to delete a form to resolve the issue. I think its the former but here are steps to remove a form in MAC desktop (the program it shows you are using) just in case.

For a MAC desktop,

Load up your tax return on your computer
Switch to "Forms" mode - the icon in top left corner of your program
You should now see a list of the forms in your return on the left-hand side of the program
Find the Form 8889 you wish to delete and click on it
This should bring up the Form 8889 in your active window
Click on the Forms option on your menu (top of your screen you should see your Apple icon, then TurboTax, then File, Edit, View, Forms, Easystep, Flags, Window, and Help - click Forms)
There should be an option to Remove the Form 8889 from the dropdown menu under Forms
