      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; If you did not trade in your business vehicle, you don't use Form 8824.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go back through the vehicle section.&amp;nbsp; You may have accidentally indicated that you traded it in.&amp;nbsp; Just indicate you sold it, and follow the questions from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, selling a partial-business-use vehicle can be tricky, and you may need to manually do some calculations.&amp;nbsp; Be sure to read the screens and the "Learn More" links very carefully.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
