Why will TT not let me enter my address for my qualified energy property?

Your post indicates you're using TurboTax Online, but that's not always correct. If you're using TurboTax Desktop on a Mac, this is a known issue.

If you're‌ actually using TurboTax Online, describe (or post a screenshot) of the screen you're seeing.

I am using TT Desktop for MAC.

I finally went directly to Form 5695 to enter my address.

I was able to continue after that.

the link in your response does not work from my mac. What do i need to do to put my address in from a mac. thanks

Click on the Forms icon in the TurboTax Menu. When in Forms mode locate the Form 5695 and click to open. Enter the address on the form.
