      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you lived in the home for &lt;U&gt;two of the last five years&lt;/U&gt; prior to the sale, you would qualify for the&lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt; Home Sale Exclusion&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, it would be reported as the &lt;I&gt;Sale of a Second Home&lt;/I&gt; and be subject to &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Capital Gains&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's more info on the&lt;I&gt; Home Sale Exclusion:&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
