Sorry Turbo Tax doesn't have any offices. You need to post your rejection error code or message here and we can help. Or call support. Most rejects are for the 2022 AGI. Try entering zero for the AGI.

TurboTax does not have any type of brick and mortar store. They only provide tax preparation software.
