      <description>&lt;P&gt;your question doesn't make sense.&amp;nbsp; there is no interest.&amp;nbsp; if overcontributed there are penalties if not withdrawn timely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if he's covered by medicare you can not have a family HSA.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however, based on what you posted not really sure what the issue is.&amp;nbsp; on what line of 1040 or schedule do you see the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;interest charge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
