Confirmed email and phone number match and Turbo Tax will still not find my it's deductible account

Can you sign onto your ItsDeductible account - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/itsdeductible/

If you can, then you should be using the User ID and Password for ItsDeductible when you are entering your Charitable Donations where is says Import from ItsDeductible Online

All of my data has been lost by this TurboTax Bug!
