topic 2023 Form 5695 in Deductions & credits

2023 Form 5695

2023 Form 5695 and all applicable questions are not yet installed in 2023 Turbotax, specifically those parts associated with a heat pump installation in 2023. Online it says not available until 2/7/2024, at least as of today.

The IRS has yet to update the instructions for the Form 5695. They still only have the 2022 instructions available. Until the IRS updates the instructions for 2023, TurboTax cannot finalize the Form 5695 in the software.

Yes, I saw that. The IRS just yesterday posted a "draft" form of the 2023 instructions for Form 5695:

Who knows when they will release the final form to this website:

However, the final actual form 5695 IS available:

and is on the Turbotax software, so why am I not able to fill it the form manually under "Forms" ?
