Yes, you can claim a deduction for installing an energy-efficient electric vehicle charging station.

For an energy-efficient vehicle charging station:

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal) tab.
Click on Deductions and Credits tab.
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown).
Scroll down to Cars and Other Things You Own.
On Energy-Efficient Vehicle Charging Station, click the start or update button.

To find Energy Efficient Vehicle deductions:

Enter energy efficient vehicle in the Search box (upper right of the program screen).
Click on Jump to energy efficient vehicle link.
Answer interview questions.

Also note that the IRS Form 8911 Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit for tax year 2023 will not be finalized in TurboTax until 01/31/2024 (subject to change)
