      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you through your employer make additional HSA contributions? all contributions by employer and employee through payroll deductions show up as employer contributions on the HSA tax form. they should be the same as line 12W on your w-2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
