If you are a US person for taxes (citizen, green card holder, or resident alien who passes the substantial presence test) then you report all your world-wide income according to US tax laws. If you are self-employed, that means you need a schedule C in most cases. (If your business is incorporated in another country, or a parternship with more than one person, more information is needed).

To file a schedule C, you need Turbotax Deluxe or higher if you are using the program installed on your own computer from a CD or download. The Home&Business version will have a more detailed interview, if you need or want the additional support, but Deluxe has the forms required. If you are using Turbotax Online, just start your return for free and the program will upgrade you as needed. I believe they are calling it "premium" now if you have a small business, but they seem to have taken away the ability to start in that version directly, you start for free and then upgrade as your situation requires.

If you also pay foreign income tax on the same money, you will include form 1116 with your US tax return to claim any offsetting credits for foreign taxes you paid. Any version of Turbotax that can file a schedule C will also be able to file the foreign tax credit.
