Form 1116 Schedule B Missing

For the 2nd year in a row, I've tried to file an amended return and gotten the message: "We can't e-file your return because we are unable to locate the attachment at/attachment/ Form 1116 Schedule B.pdf. Please go back and re-attach it, Then try again."

Got this numerous time for 2021 return, but amended return finally accepted after 6 months of regular attempts. Glitch finally fixed for 2021, but reappearing for 2022?? Form 116/ Schedule B is part of my TT file.

Help. What gives?

according to a recent post (not verified by me),

construct "attachment/ Form 1116 Schedule B.pdf" under C:\ drive.

TurboTax will find it.

Not sure what this means. Entire TT tax return file is a PDF on C: drive. PDF file includes Form116ScheduleB. Only noticeable difference is that Schedule B is landscape, all else is portrait, but shouldn't matter.
