 &lt;LI&gt;I apologize if I misinterpret your question, but market fluctuation is what the stock market is. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Where was this posted on your "statement". &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Was this a monthly statement or was it your tax statement (1099-B).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only time that fluctuation might have come into play was if your were a "Mark to Market" inventor, and they report gains and losses each year for everything in their portfolio regardless if the sold a stock or not. &amp;nbsp;these are generally high volume traders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
