      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;For tax year 2022, if you don't have any tax against which to use the Child Tax Credit, you would need to have some earned income. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(57,58,61);font-size:14px;"&gt;The credit is calculated by taking 15% of your earned income above $2,500.
