No. If you were divorced by the end of 2022 you are not filing as married. It goes by your marital status as of December 31. You are Single --- or maybe Head of Household if you are the custodial parent of the children.

You do not have anything to enter about community property if you are filing single. Make sure you start a new account with a new user ID. Do not use an account that has been used for past joint returns.

If you were unnmarried on Dec 31 taxwise you are unnmarried for the full year .

IRS Publication 504 on Divorce pg 24, "If you are married at any time during the calendar year, special rules apply for reporting certain community income" - I meet all the requirement

IRS Publication 504 on Divorce pg 24, "If you are married at any time during the calendar year, special rules apply for reporting certain community income" - I think I meet all the Pub 504 requirements for community property income

@jkeating0 You are misunderstanding it. You were DIVORCED before the tax year ended. So that means you are considered to be unmarried for the entire tax year. There is no way to file a tax return as married for part of the year but unmarried for part of the year. Forget about community property. It does not apply to your situation.
