      <description>&lt;P&gt;The assessor value is one method if they break it out between building and land you can use those percentages to what you paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you recently bought the property and have an Appraisal that can also be used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of the above, call an expert, an appraiser might answer the question or some in Real Estate that sells homes in that area. IRS is looking for an approx value, so use a rational logical method.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
