Didn't add my childcare expense to my taxes

Hello,

I didn't add my childcare expense to my taxes and would rather not amend it. My question is, can the provider still claim the income on her taxes without me adding it to mine?

Yes your childcare provider can still enter their income on their tax return. If you choose not to amend, you just will not get the childcare credit.

Yes, the provider can still file their tax return to include the income received for providing child care services.
