Is not using the Foreign Income Tax Exclusion the same as revoking it?

I did not use the FITE last year as in years past, but did not send the IRS a statement of revocation. Am I able to claim it again this year?

Yes, you can claim the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion. Not claiming an exclusion for foreign earned income is not the same thing as revoking one or more previously made choices to a return.
