&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-link-navigation lia-link-disabled"&gt;No. You only do that for the tax year the refi occurs, so the program doesn't double-count your mortgage interest payments to each lender and apply the $750K limit if adding both mortgage balances would result in exceeding that.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
