I tried completing the form and have visited all sections within TurboTax however I can't seem to get pass this error message.

That question about disaster relief was asking whether you took money out of a retirement account like a 401k or IRA during the covid-19 pandemic. Did you do that? If not, remove the form.

Thank you for the help, however that didn’t work either. I went into tools and have deleted the 1099-R form and Form 5498 with the same error message.

I’ve also tried deleting cache and cookies and using another browser.

As a last resort I also deleted and reentered w2 and still same issue.
