You will need to upgrade to TurboTax Home and Business to include the home office deduction for your partnership. After typing "home office" in Search/Find, it will direct you to upgrade to the Home and Business version of TurboTax. You will have to pay an additional fee, which is the difference of the two programs. Once the upgrade is complete, do this while in your return:

Type home office in the Search box
Click the Jump to home office link
Scroll to Business Expenses
Scroll and click Start next to Home Office Expense
Continue to navigate through the prompts to enter your information.
