Form 8962 error (premium tax credit)

I am using updated desktop for Mac TT 2022 Home and Business. The latest update stated that Form 8962 was ready. However, even though I have filled out my Form 1095 with all of the health insurance amounts, the corresponding lines 11-23 on the Form 8962 are not filled in. The form shows a red exclamation point next to it but no yellow highlights within the form to fill in.

The IRS Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit is estimated to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 01/19/2023

TT states this Form 8962 is ready to go -- and my TT desktop for Mac has updated -- but it is not working correctly. The same lines I mentioned before are not filled out.

Form 8962 - Premium Tax Credit, is now available for both print and e-filing. @zacknauth please check for updates again using the following Help Article for reference: How do I update my TurboTax CD/Download software program?

The problem/error with form 8962 still exists as of today and now. I just completed the updating instructions from the link you provided and still Form 8962 is not being completely populated after inputting the numbers from a 1095-A.

There are 2 threads that I am aware of on this forum related to this topic.

If you are a Turbotax employee...please note this issue is not resolved.

Turbo Tax employees....the Form 8962 error still exists as of 1/16/23 for taxpayers with income > 400% of the FPL. Please escalate this so it is fixed.

The new update is not working, as stated by the other respondent.
