&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the TurboTax Icon&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Right click with your mouse&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Properties&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on the &lt;STRONG&gt;Compatibility&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check &lt;STRONG&gt;Run this program as an administrator&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Apply&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did as directed and problem persists.&amp;nbsp; Clicked on run as administrator, then yes, which called up intuit site asking to make changes to computer, clicked yes and Turbotax then opened.&amp;nbsp; Did not see an "apply" tab anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
