      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you cannot take the pre-tax medical expenses as a deduction, you would be double dipping if you did. Since they were pre-tax you are already getting a benefit. You can, however, deduct any medical expenses that you paid for with after-tax dollars on your return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
