&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;No, you do not report your HSA distributions as income on its own. &amp;nbsp;If you have contributions to your HSA through your employer, this is reported on your W-2 and entered into TurboTax there. &amp;nbsp;If you make the contributions yourself, you will have a statement from the account to refer to. &amp;nbsp;If you used your HSA during 2021 you will have a 1099-SA that reports the distributions. &amp;nbsp;You need to enter all your information to be sure you get the tax benefits you are due, and that you have not exceeded any limits.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
