      <description>&lt;P&gt;I refinanced my home loan in 2021. I found that I had never claimed the point I paid to my previous lender. Can I claim all the points I paid in 2021?&amp;nbsp; If so, how would I do that?&amp;nbsp; Could I put the length of the loan as one year even though I had it for ten years? If I put ten years it will only allow me to claim 1/10 of the loan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
