      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why when I filed turbo said I didn't qualify for EIC. I received a letter from IRS stating I didn't claim it and my be eligible for a larger refund then I received.&amp;nbsp; Why??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
