      <description>&lt;P&gt;You did not say how you arrived at the blank screen, so I will try to get you to the correct place.&amp;nbsp; If this doesn't work, please provide more information about how you got to the blank screen, and whether you are online or on your desktop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1)&amp;nbsp; Click on "Search".&amp;nbsp; It is located in the upper right corner of your screen, next to the magnifying glass icon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)&amp;nbsp; Type "Social Security Income" in the search text box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3)&amp;nbsp; Click on the "jump to social security" link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4)&amp;nbsp; This should take you to the conversation where you enter your SSA-1099 data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF this does not work, you can also find it under Federal Taxes&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; Wages and Income&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Continue&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; I'll choose what I work on&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Click the button to the right of Social Security (The button will say either Enter or Update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
