Error was mine. Was looking at MAGI instead of AGI. MAGI is under, AGI is over.

From what I read TurboTax is supposed to ask about the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit when you do the Federal review. Mine does not.
I search for "Stimulus", "Recovery Rebate Credit", or "Economic Impact Payment" and search results shows:

**Jump to "[whatever I searched for]"

**Go to "[whatever I searched for]" section of intuit.

They all bring me to the "We're Ready to Review Your Federal Return" page and I click continue and go through till it prompts me to start a state return but it does not prompt me for the Recovery Rebate Credit.

Our MAGI is in the range where we get a partial credit. We also only received a partial payment but the partial payment is less than the modified amount we are due. How do I get this information into TurboTax so we can get the difference?

There are only two reasons why the program will not present the stimulus payment question -

1. You are being claimed as a dependent (or)

2. Your 2021 Adjusted Gross Income is over the maximum for receiving the Recovery Rebate Credit

• Single or married filing separately—$80,000
• Married filing jointly or qualifying widow(er)—$160,000
• Head of household—$120,000
