Schedule 8812 Non Refundable Credit

I updated my Turbo Tax today and when it ran it said I was entitled to a $22 non refundable credit from Schedule 8812 Worksheet A. TurboTax does not show the detail of 8812-Worksheet A so I can see how or why it is calculating this. It did not do it prior to the last update and I don't think I am entitled to any non-refundable credit. Help Please

If you have a child over the age of 18 or another dependent, this could be a portion of the Credit for Other Dependents. You may not be getting the full $500 if you only have $22 of income tax or if your income is above the threshold for when the credit begins to be phased out.

I am not entitled to any non-refundable credit because my Foreign Tax credit offsets all of my US Tax obligation.

Prior to the last software update that was how it was handled.

I think there is a problem with the latest software release.

I just realized that besides installing the software updates I had made a change in a form 1116 as well and that generated the non-refundable tax credit on form 8812. Thank you for your prompt attention to my concern.
