      <description>&lt;P&gt;What line are you looking at?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The 2nd half of the $3000 child tax credit should show up as $1500 on line 28.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the step by step for looking at my return.&amp;nbsp; So I'm guessing that turbo tax also automatically fills out schedule 8812?&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to see that?&amp;nbsp; on the 1040 it's saying the $500 is the additional tax credit calculated from 8812.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;TurboTax does automatically populate form 8812 reporting your child tax credit. You can only see that form once you have paid for the program.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;The child tax credit may appear as two entries on your form 1040, one on line 19 for the nonrefundable portion of the credit and the rest on line 28&amp;nbsp;for the refundable portion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
