My husband receives a 1099R. I am confused if I should re-enter the medical insurance premiums paid from box 5 of the 1099R in the medical deductions section?? It automatically showed the Medicare deduction but not the insurance premiums. Do I enter that again?

Yes, you would enter the amount of medical insurance premiums shown in box 5 as a medical deduction for itemized deductions.
