I am a resident of Arizona but earned unemployment income in California. I know that CA does not tax unemployment income, hence, my CA taxable income will be zero.

1) Because my CA taxable income is zero, I don't intend to file a CA return. Is that correct?

2) Is that income taxable in Arizona? I don't see anyway in Turbo Tax to exclude that from my AZ income. Can I exclude it? and if so, how?

If you don't have any taxable income from CA, you are not required to file a CA tax return.

Arizona taxes unemployment compensation to the same extent that it's taxable under federal law, which means that you can not exclude the CA compensation from your AZ income.
