Enter the topic you need assistance with (&lt;STRONG&gt;Medical Expenses)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;then hit the enter. You will see a "J&lt;STRONG&gt;ump to medical expenses&lt;/STRONG&gt;" link in the search results. Click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to make changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed your instructions, but it did not solve the problem.&amp;nbsp; When clicked on "Jump to medical expenses" link, the screen defaults to "Thanks, we got all your medical expense info.&amp;nbsp; Right now, the standard decution saves you the most on taxs."&amp;nbsp; The only options are "done" or "back" and both return to the deductions and credits screen.&amp;nbsp; When clicked on "update" under medical expenses, it returns to the same screen noted above.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for trying... is there a solution? (probably user error).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information.  If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I am having this exact problem.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am trying to add my wife's medical expenses, but it keeps saying "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thanks, we got all your Medical Expense info".&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I click "Edit" and "Revisit" and get the same thing.&amp;nbsp; No way to get in.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; I tried existing TurboTax Online and starting it up again.&amp;nbsp; No difference.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
