      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you are referring to your personal deductions. You must still claim any business deductions on Schedule C.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;You don't need to&amp;nbsp; "go through the whole song and dance of itemizing", however, if your itemized deductions allowed for Oregon are more than the&amp;nbsp;standard deduction amount, you can itemize your deductions on your&amp;nbsp;Oregon return even if you take the standard deduction on the Federal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
