      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, medical expenses are not considered for the child and dependent care credit. Only expenses for someone to watch your child would qualify, such as daycare, babysitting or after-school care. I'm not sure what you mean by receiving 337 not 500 for dependent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
