W2G takes 10 minutes to enter - TT2021

In Turbo Tax 2021, I have 50 W2G forms to enter. Each one takes 10+ minutes to input as Turbo Tax stops responding after each tab to the next box. Called customer support today and the man on the phone was of no help. He had no idea what the problem was, changed his story 2-3 times, and at the end of the call he asked "have I solved your problem today?" I said "no" and he quickly said "ok, thanks for calling, there will be a survey at the end of this call." The line went dead. No survey, nothing fixed. Turbo Tax just lost a customer of 12 years over this. I will switch to HR Block software now. Turbo Tax can't seem to fix this issue and no one has a work around. Their customer support was of NO help and was rude.

I have the same problem at about 20 entries the program does not respond between entry tabs. I takes about 10 minutes to finish one entry vert frustrating.

The data base interface has changed this year for the worse.
