Your spouse is filing a separate tax return, so report the Advance Child Tax Credit payments reported on the spouse's IRS Letter 6419.

Report the Advance Child Tax Credit payments received under Federal / Deductions & Credits / Your tax breaks / Advance payments, Child and Other Dependent Tax Credits at the screen Tell us about any Advance Child Tax Credit payments.

Are you claiming the kids this year? Did your spouse claim them last year? If so, this is a loophole that was created that causes basically a legal overpayment for some taxpayers of the child tax credit. Depending on your spouses income, they may or may not have to repay some or all of the credit they received.
