Let me rephrase question. 2020 I didn’t claim my daughter she file tax individually and in 2021 she received stimulus check. Also, in last year me and my wife and one depended kid received regular $4200 that we got on our 6475 letters. Now 2021 I need add her back on my return as depended and should I claim $1400 stimulus for her because even though she received, but it was not on our 6475 forms. The form only includes $4200 as we have one depended on and now showing in Turbo tax question did, I received $5600 stimulus last year because I have 2 depended to clam.

Yes. You can claim the $1,400 stimulus for your daughter even though she received a check if you claim her as your dependent.

She received a check based on your 2020 filing status, but the Recovery Rebate Credit on the 2021 tax return uses 2021 info.

Here's what the IRS says:

Q E15. Dependents: Can my 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit include an amount for a qualifying dependent if the dependent received the third Economic Impact Payment or someone else received the third Economic Impact Payment for the dependent? (added January 13, 2022)

A15. Yes, if you meet the eligibility requirements to claim the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit. The amount of your credit may include up to $1,400 for a qualifying dependent you are claiming on your 2021 return.

See: Topic E: Calculating the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit
