How do I correct a dependent child tax credit?

My daughter was under 17 for all of 2020, but for some reason TurboTax did not mark the correct box for my 2020 1040 tax return.

Sorry the program was correct ... for 2020 the child had to be UNDER the age of 17 ... for the 2021 return they had to be UNDER the age of 18. So you lost both years. All you get is the other dependent $500 deduction.

Exactly when did she turn 17? When was she born?

Her birthday is 8/22/2003.

Then she turned 17 in 2020 so no CTC is allowed. She had to be UNDER 17 the entire year to qualify.
