Hi Captanbruzerbean,

If you file your tax return electronically, and file the Form 8379, Injured Spouse Allocation, as part of the return, then yes, you can file it electronically.

If you are asking about filing Form 8379 as a standalone form later, after already filing the tax return, unfortunately that can only be done by mail.
